This order directs agencies to immediately begin ending nine sets of additional IEEPA-based import duties while leaving other duties and related emergencies in place.
Agencies must end additional IEEPA-based import duties from nine earlier orders and stop collecting them as soon as practicable. Other duties remain unchanged.
Executive agencies must begin steps to end these additional IEEPA-based import duties and stop collecting them as soon as practicable. This covers only additional percentage-based duties imposed under IEEPA through Executive Orders 14193, 14194, 14195, 14245, 14257, 14323, 14329, 14380, and 14382. Other actions under those orders remain in place unless they impose or help carry out these additional IEEPA duties. Other duties, including duties under trade laws addressing national security or unfair trade, are not changed. The order does not change the suspension of duty-free treatment for low-value imports or the temporary import surcharge issued on February 20, 2026. Agencies must act under applicable law and within available funding. Agencies must begin immediately, and collection of the covered duties must end as soon as practicable.
