People with deer-control permits for farmland would be allowed to take meat, antlers, and hides from deer killed under those permits.
Landowners, renters, and their authorized agents would be allowed to take meat, antlers, and hides from deer killed under permits on land partly used for crops or seeded pasture.
Permit holders would be allowed to take meat, antlers, and hides. This would cover landowners, renters, and their authorized agents on land with seeded pasture or crops growing now or grown within the prior 12 months. Deer must be killed on the permitted land during the permit period. Unharvested carcasses would belong to the state, which could remove and dispose of them. The permission would take effect immediately when the bill becomes law.
