The planned agreement covers WMATA's design and construction work at Stadium-Armory Metrorail station. The funding plan lists $30 million already set aside and $270 million still to be set aside in fiscal years 2028 and 2029. The resolution takes effect immediately. The planned agreement covers August 5, 2026, through September 30, 2030.
