The Council would approve a $5 million agreement with Metro covering more than one year. The agreement would cover development of the Gold Line rapid bus route between Union Station and RFK Stadium along H Street and Benning Road. The act would take effect after mayoral approval or a Council veto override and would remain in effect for no more than 90 days.
