Zoning ordinances would be subject to the Michigan major digital infrastructure act. This applies to zoning ordinances under the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act. This amendment takes effect only if House Bill 6389 is also enacted. The amendment would take effect 90 days after it is enacted into law.
