Pennsylvania would issue a special registration plate to a medal recipient who applies. The applicant must be a recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal. The applicant must pay an additional $28 fee and provide documentation the department requires. The plate may be used only on a passenger car or a truck with a registered gross weight of 14,000 pounds or less. The act would take effect 120 days after enactment.
