The DC Council approves three contract changes and authorizes payment under them. The approval covers only modifications M0009, M0010, and M0011 to DC contract CW110208 with Ramjay Inc. Payments cannot exceed $4,802,490 and must cover goods and services received or to be received under those changes. The council approved the changes despite a requirement in DC's procurement law. The mayor approved the act on October 20, 2026. It takes effect after that approval and lasts no longer than 90 days.
