This covers modifications M0008, M0009, and M0010 to Contract CW110323 with Tag-B Parking, LLC, including goods and services already received and still to come. Payments cannot exceed $18,710,208. The approval applies despite requirements in one section of D.C.'s contracting law. The emergency law took effect after mayoral approval and lasts no longer than 90 days.
