The SBA’s veterans business development leader would develop and put reporting compliance policies and procedures into use. The policies would cover compliance with section 603 of the Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999. The requirement would apply if the bill becomes law. The leader would have to develop and implement the policies within 60 days after the bill becomes law.
