Certain state charges to Wyoming’s beef council would be capped at 3% of its annual fee money not already committed by law. Costs referenced elsewhere in the law would be excluded.
State entities would face a yearly limit on certain costs they charge Wyoming’s beef council. The limit would cover the Department of Administration and Information and any other state entity. It would equal 3% of the council’s annual fee money not already committed under state or federal law. Costs referenced in subsection (c), a separate part of the law not included here, would be excluded. The proposal names July 1, 2026, as its effective date, but the recorded actions do not show enactment.
