What it does
Study; Division of Purchases and Supply; development of dynamic stockpile strategy; report. Directs the Division of Purchases and Supply, in conjunction with the Department of Emergency Management, to study and recommend a dynamic stockpile strategy for use in times of emergencies. The bill directs the Division to complete its work and report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly no later than November 30, 2025.
