Professions and occupations; barbers and cosmetologists; Esthetics Licensure Compact. Authorizes Virginia to become a signatory to the Esthetics Licensure Compact. The Compact permits eligible licensed estheticians to practice in Compact member states, provided that they meet certain requirements.
