A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-3255 SO AS TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO YIELD THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEN GREAT BODILY INJURY OR DEATH OCCURS.
