A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 44-37-55 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO VACCINE CAN BE MANDATED FOR INFANTS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-FOUR MONTHS.
