A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY REPEALING SECTION 59-104-250 RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT TECHNICAL COLLEGE LIBRARIES CONVERT TO COMPUTER-BASED AUTOMATED SYSTEMS COMPATIBLE WITH STATE LIBRARY SYSTEMS.
