What it does
A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ENACTING THE "EARMARK TRANSPARENCY ACT" BY ADDING SECTION 2-1-270 SO AS TO SET FORTH THE MANNER IN WHICH EARMARKS MAY BE AWARDED.
