This covers organized camps within 500 feet of land FEMA maps identify as having at least a 1% annual chance of flooding. An operator is a person who owns or manages a camp. A municipality may make issuing or renewing a camp license, permit, or zoning approval depend on compliance. The act would take effect 60 days after enactment.
