What it does
Directs the Oregon Health Authority to develop and implement a program to issue grants to increase and improve school-based mental health services and substance use services. Directs the authority to study methods for providing or increasing reimbursement for mental health services delivered through school-based health centers. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
