OregonRelating to ibogaine.
What it does
Directs the Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Veterans' Affairs to study the consumption of ibogaine by certain individuals for the purpose of treating specified disorders. Defines "ibogaine." Requires the authority and the department to submit a report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health care not later than September 15, 2029. Sunsets on January 2, 2030.
