What it does
Modifies the Organized Retail Theft Grant Program. Provides that cities, counties and the Department of Justice are eligible to receive grants. Directs the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to submit a report on the program to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the judiciary by September 1, 2027.
