What it does
Directs the Department of Human Services to adopt by rule a minimum staffing ratio of 30 to 1 for service coordinators and personal agents serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Sunsets January 2, 2027. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
