What it does
Appropriates to the Department of Education out of the General Fund for the State School Fund an amount of money determined by the Quality Education Commission to be sufficient to ensure that the state's system of kindergarten through grade 12 public education meets quality goals. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
