OregonRelating to part-time faculty at community colleges; declaring an emergency.
What it does
Requires community colleges to pay part-time faculty a certain percentage of the total salary that the community college pays equally experienced full-time faculty who teach comparable courses. Appropriates moneys to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission for the purpose of paying for salary equity. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
