Starting November 1, 2026, the ABLE Commission must issue multiple manufacturing licenses for one site when applicants meet the stated requirements. This covers makers seeking multiple manufacturing licenses for the same site, including brewers, distillers, and winemakers. Applicants must be in good standing with the ABLE Commission and the Oklahoma Tax Commission. For each additional license, applicants must obtain required federal permits and approvals, be in good standing with the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, and notify the ABLE Commission when applying for the second and each later license at that site. This does not apply to distribution or wholesale licenses. Each license holder must follow the parts of Oklahoma's alcohol law that apply to the beverage made under that license. The law takes effect November 1, 2026.
