What it does
Appropriates moneys to the Department of Land Conservation and Development for natural hazards mitigation planning. Declares the intent of the Legislative Assembly that the appropriated moneys be used to secure federal funding for natural hazards mitigation planning. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
