What it does
Requires the State Forestry Department to establish the Western Oregon Regional Carbon Sink as a geographical area and take certain actions regarding the area on or before January 1, 2037. Establishes the Task Force on the Western Oregon Regional Carbon Sink. Sunsets the task force on December 31, 2026.
