Relating to intercollegiate sports.

Requires a public university to submit any proposed change in affiliation with an athletic association, conference or organization with authority over intercollegiate sports to the appropriate legislative committees for review. Prohibits the public university's a change in affiliation from occurring unless the change is first approved by the Legislative Assembly.
