What it does
Modifies, from quarterly to annually, the timing of the Department of Consumer and Business Services' requirement to report certain information to the Prescription Drug Affordability Board. Modifies the number of prescription drugs that may create affordability challenges that the board is directed to identify. Modifies the board's reporting requirements for the status of the generic drug market.
