What it does
Directs the Water Resources Department to study the socioeconomic impacts of the removal of the Klamath River dams. Directs the department to submit a report on the study to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to natural resources not later than September 15, 2026. Prohibits a person from removing a certain type of dam until after the report is submitted.
