What it does
Directs the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to establish a program to provide one-time grants to individuals who agree to serve in a uniformed service or public service program and complete the basic or initial training for the uniformed service or public service program. Creates the Restart Initiative Fund. Exempts from personal income tax the amount of an awarded grant.
