What it does
Requires the Oregon Health Authority to study the risks to human health of chemicals in menstrual, intimate care and incontinence products. Directs the authority to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to public health no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
