What it does
Directs the Oregon State University Extension Service to develop a program for Spanish language pesticide education. Directs Oregon State University and the State Department of Agriculture to complete development of the Spanish language version of the online pesticide precertification program and to publicize the program. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
