What it does
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission for allocation to Oregon State University to fund the agricultural experiment station and branch stations, the Oregon State University Extension Service and the Forest Research Laboratory. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
