What it does
Appropriates moneys to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to award grants to soil and water conservation districts that operate in certain counties. Appropriates moneys to the department for distribution to the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council for soil and water conservation districts for coordination and administrative support and to perform certain monitoring. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
