What it does
Directs the Oregon Business Development Department to create and distribute memorial plaques to schools in honor of Senator Peter Courtney's contributions in supporting seismic rehabilitation funding. Directs recipients to display plaques in a location that is easily visible to visitors to the school. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
