What it does
Modifies the duties and composition of the Oversight and Accountability Council. Transfers to the Oregon Health Authority the responsibility to administer, in consulation with the council, a grant program for Behavioral Health Resource Networks. Repeals the requirement for the authority to establish a Behavioral Health Resource Network statewide telephone hotline.
