What it does
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission for distribution to the University of Oregon's Institute for Resilient Organizations, Communities, and Environments for the purpose of implementing emergency response, continuity and recovery initiatives at post-secondary educational institutions in this state. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
