What it does
Directs the Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board to establish a program to award grants to state certified appraisers and state licensed appraisers to whom the board issues a certificate or license on or after January 1, 2026. Directs the board to issue temporary certificates and licenses to engage in real estate appraisal activity. Sunsets on January 1, 2028.
