What it does
Extends to January 1, 2027, the date by which the Department of Land Conservation and Development is to report on the department's assessment of the state enforceable policies that may be used in the federal consistency review of offshore wind leasing decisions and related actions. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
