What it does
Directs the Oregon Health Authority to prescribe criteria for mobile integrated health care providers to enroll as providers in the state medical assistance program. Directs the authority to provide technical support to mobile integrated health care providers and their employers in applying for enrollment. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
