The listed firearm transfer rules apply to transfers on or after January 1, 2028. This covers the listed Oregon statutes and amendments concerning firearm transfers. The provisions apply to firearm transfers made on or after January 1, 2028.
The listed large-capacity magazine rules apply to covered actions on or after January 1, 2028. This covers making, bringing into Oregon, possessing, using, buying, selling or transferring a large-capacity magazine under ORS 166.355. The provision applies to the listed actions occurring on or after January 1, 2028.
The Act does not prevent the Oregon Supreme Court from deciding the pending challenge to Ballot Measure 114.
