The state Department of Veterans Affairs would have to develop and maintain an informational campaign promoting awareness of the Veterans History Project. It applies to the state Department of Veterans Affairs and the Library of Congress's Veterans History Project. The Commissioner of Veterans Affairs would adopt the rules needed to carry out the act, following the state Administrative Procedure Act. The act would take effect immediately once enacted.
