Nevada sets aside $13,131,324 from the State General Fund for vehicle replacement and purchases. The money goes to the Fleet Services Division of Nevada’s Department of Administration. The division and anyone receiving transferred money cannot commit unused money to spending after June 30, 2027. They cannot spend remaining money after September 17, 2027, and must return it to the State General Fund on or before that date. The law took effect on July 1, 2025.
