The State Court Administrator manages the Supreme Court Operations Cash Fund. The fund supports Nebraska court and probation programs. The money must support programs that improve how justice is carried out and improve community safety. The fund receives fees, grants, donations, gifts, and payments under agreements with local governments for court services. The state investment officer must invest any money available for investment under Nebraska’s state investment laws. These fund rules became operative on July 1, 2026.
