Marshall County supervisors may contribute county funds to the Byhalia Area Arts Council. The contribution may go to the Byhalia Area Arts Council. The contribution is at the board's discretion and may not exceed $7,500 in each fiscal year. The recipient must be a qualified charitable 501(c)(3) organization. The authorization covers fiscal years 2026/2027 and 2027/2028, and ends no later than the end of fiscal year 2027/2028.
