Weston may grant Heirloom one additional license to serve alcoholic drinks for customers at its restaurant, in rooms approved in writing. The license stays at that location.
Weston’s licensing authority may grant one additional license for customers to drink alcoholic beverages at the restaurant. The license may go to Weston Breakfast, LLC, doing business as Heirloom, at 31 Center Street in Weston. The license is subject to state alcohol laws except the law limiting the number of licenses. It may be used only in the dining room and other public rooms or areas Weston’s licensing authority approves in writing. The license cannot move to another location. A new applicant may receive it at the same location only with state letters showing the license is in good standing and applicable taxes, fees, and contributions are paid. If the license ends, is not renewed, is cancelled or revoked, or is no longer used, it must be returned to Weston’s licensing authority. The license must be issued within two years after the act took effect. After a license is returned, Weston may grant it to a new applicant at the same location within three years; otherwise, it dissolves.
