One Sheffield resident would be allowed to serve on the Great Barrington Housing Authority board as an appointed or elected member. The provision names one resident of Sheffield and the board of the Great Barrington Housing Authority. The appointment or election would still have to follow the other rules in state law sections 5 and 5A.
