MissouriCreates a prohibition on licensing requirements for certain industrial mechanical maintenance work
What it does
This act provides that any contractor performing maintenance of mechanical systems or equipment within an industrial facility, as described in the act, shall not be required to obtain a local or state license to perform such work.
