What it does
SB 1552 - Under the act, an electrical corporation shall reimburse a customer for any loss resulting from an electric service interruption lasting for more than 48 hours.
More detail

The Public Service Commission shall require electrical corporations to maintain records of each instance an electric transmission falls below 50% of the standard voltage or whenever an electric service interruption affects more than 10 customers. The record shall not include disconnection of service to customers for good cause. Contents of the record are described in the act.
