Stow may meet legal notice requirements using one or more listed publication options. This applies when Stow or its boards, committees, commissions, offices, or other subdivisions must publish a legal notice under a law, local rule, or court order. Online local news websites must meet the digital publication criteria in state law. The bill would take effect upon passage. It would not change when legal notices must be published.
